Maths Tutoring Program
Enrollment Commitment
By registering and completing payment, you are enrolling your child in our maths tutoring program for the agreed duration.
Payments
Fees are payable monthly in advance. Payment confirms your child's place in the program.
Cancellation Policy
Parents wishing to cancel enrollment must provide 30 days' written notice (via email or WhatsApp). During the 30-day notice period, fees remain payable in full. Failure to provide notice will result in continued billing until notice is received.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or missed lessons. Refunds are only applicable if the program is cancelled by K2U Learning Systems.
Attendance & Participation
Consistent attendance and completion of exercises are required for optimal progress. Certificates of achievement are awarded based on performance and participation.
Communication
A WhatsApp group will be created for updates, feedback, and exercise monitoring. Parents are encouraged to raise any concerns directly with our team.
Agreement
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
